    Lately, I’ve been experiencing this neck and shoulder pain and had a check-up with an orthopaedic last week. He told me that I have the text neck syndrome and the curve of my spine straightened. It doesn’t have the normal curve which is considered healthy. I sleep at my back and probably I unconsciously sleep on my left side too but after watching your video, I realized my pillow is way too high for my petite body. Thank you 😊

    Hello sir I'm 28 yers old i have pain in middle chest from one year and the pain goes to my left hand to my ear and 2 side jaw it goes to my nack i have done ecg,tmt,echo,blood, test,xray everything is normal sir.Since all these tests came normal, can I be sure it's not heart related or should I get more tests?

    I don't understand why when I'm in a sitting position (on a specific kind of chair, which is shorter) I tend to feed non-understandable feelings of mild to moderate dizziness that come from the same area you focused on at the last exercise (back of the head). and when there's pressure but in a certain way (like when put a band applied to that exact area) I feel a way better. with head massage too I may feel less tired and it gets more relived. I really don't know If I have cervical or BPPV or what? Thanks doc for these valuable techniques

    Thanks Dr. Jon Saunders I have pain in my right shoulder then move to the back of my arm and neck. This started due to doing push-ups without warming up. The pain doubled while driving, there was a huge pain that started in my shoulder and then went down to my arm. The pain did not go away until I lay down and returned when I sat in a chair. I can no longer sit in a chair and I cannot drive for a more than 30mn. I tried to treat it with some exercises, but the pain increased. The exercises you recommended in this video helped a bit ! Can you please expect the reason, why ?

    Just tried this after having vertigo for over a week. The first day I was in the bed and couldn't move. Called teledoc and got scopolamine patch. Wore for 3 days and vertigo improved but it made me so sleepy. Removed patch Saturday and felt so much better until this morning. Saw my chiropractor yesterday and she did this same maneuver. I felt fine after leaving her office. Woke up this morning and it has gotten worse in the past 3 days. I'm so sad. I just did this maneuver about 5 times and still feel dizzy. Should I wait a certain amount of time between sessions? Thanks. I really want to feel better so I will continue with this exercise at home. Thank you.

    Can you please do a video for those that need to sleep in a reclining position I can’t lay flat because I have severe emphysema but also have osteoarthritis with kyphosis and had two severe wedge fractures last yr I have to stay in a reclined position but don’t know how my head should be

    I am 63 have osteoporosis and last yr had two severe wedge fractures caused from coughing The pain I was told was muscular until I had a ct on my gallbladder 5 months later The awful pain was the fractures that have lead to kyphosis and height lost The fractures were present on X-ray 5 months prior according to the ct results Doctors failed to pick them up at the time I’m in awful pain still 16 months later Was given a brace 3 months ago To little to late it really hurts I also have degenerative disk disease Will I be able to do your exercise to help strengthen my back ? I can’t have any surgery because I have severe emphysema and far to risky putting me under the knife

    I was misdiagnosed with Bppv & after a month of trying bppv exercises I’m still in the same place. I’m starting these exercises today to see if they make an impact, should I feel slightly worse right after I do the exercise? Also how long before it usually sticks for people doing this daily?

    I have pms related migraines normally lasting from 1-4 days, typically every other month for 30 years now, but 2 nights ago i had the worst one I've ever had, pain was so intense I started dry heaving, and its now day 2 its better but still there with intense nauseousness. Ive already been to the dr. And done everything I can thing of. I've always just powered through any pain or illness, but this is different somehow. I just want it all to stop.
